This retreat is lovingly hosted by Kristel Sieprath and Maarten Bossers, who together create a warm and safe space where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself.

During these four days, you’ll explore various styles of yoga and mindfulness guided by Kristel’s gentle presence. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, each session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to your body and heart.

We’ll also head out into nature — the forests and rolling hills of the Ardennes are the perfect setting to pause and recharge. The stillness of nature helps you remember what truly matters.

Maarten will nourish us with delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian meals, made with love and care. And if you’re lucky, you might receive a few free hugs from our little dog Pablo along the way.

Between yoga, mindfulness, and walks, there’s plenty of time to rest, read, laugh, or simply be.
