Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made prior to attending a class, this is possible through the website: yogastation.be/book-online.
All purchases are final.
Pricing plans cannot be shared by multiple people.
Payments should be made before the start of the class. We accept bank transfer, Bancontact app, and cash (but we prefer electronic payment).
If you have booked a place and are unable to attend the class for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.
In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organizer, you will receive an e-mail.
Until 2 hours before your class, you can change your reservation to a different class.
If less than 2 people sign up for a class, it can be canceled.
If you cancel less than 2 days before a workshop, you will be charged for this workshop.

Sales conditions (web)shop
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper consumer’s assessment of the products/services. The images used by the entrepreneur are true representations of the products and services. Obvious mistakes and errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
We accept payment via PayPal or online banking, or manual payment at the studio if you wish to pick up your order in Antwerp. Orders without valid payment will not be accepted or processed.
When the customer’s payment is late/overdue or we have noticed payment issues with the customer’s previous orders, Antwerp Avenue reserves the right to rescind an agreement.
Right of Withdrawal
After purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. The return costs are borne by the customer.
If a customer wants to return his product(s) he needs to contact Yoga Station by email before sending them to our headquarter or bringing them to our studio during opening hours.
We will reimburse the products after receiving them and only when they are not damaged by the customer. This will take a maximum of 14 days.
We guarantee that our goods match the order and comply with the normal expectations you will have about the product, considering the specifications and nature of the product. We also guarantee that our goods are in accordance with the applicable laws at the time of order.
This guarantee does not apply when:
The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or have been treated uncarefully or treated contrary to instructions on the packaging.
In addition, we apply the minimum legal warranty term of two years in case the product doesn’t match the description of the order. This implies that if the product shows any shortcomings and damages within one year after delivery, we will exchange it for the same product or offer an alternative product of the comparable value of your choice. If both of these alternative situations are impossible, the customer will receive a gift card.
Any damages, for example, scratches or wear and tear caused by the customer by using the products will never fall under the legal warranty.
Delivery and Execution
The address that has been made known by the consumer to the entrepreneur is considered to be the delivery place.
Yoga Station will not in any way be responsible for mistakes made by the customer concerning the shipping and billing address and mistakes that may cause time delays in delivery or impossibility of delivery.
When a product is in stock, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days to Belgian clients. These times of delivery are merely an indication/estimation of delivery time.
In case a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email about later delivery time. If the customer does not agree with the time delay, the order can be canceled or he can order an alternative product for the same price.
When by any chance our products are damaged during shipping and therefore don’t match the description of the purchase, the customer needs to report this as soon as possible and definitely within three days and return said products within 14 calendar days after acceptance.
We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by late delivery or non-delivery by the courier.
