It is my dream to offer you some Stillness in this super busy World.

As a Yoga teacher and Mindfulness coach, I will guide you towards a more sustainable lifestyle.

In everything I do and teach 'balance' is key. Whether it is a spicy vinyasa or a gentle yin class, I aspire to bring you into perfect harmony.

When I was a train commuter and worked in an office environment, I missed a yoga offering adapted to this lifestyle. That is why I came up with the Yoga Station concept: this accessible studio is intended for anyone who wants to find some peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of everyday office life.

I am currently the coordinator of the Yoga Station concept and studio manager of the pilot studio in Antwerp-Central, you can also find me once a week in Leuven.

Yoga Teacher - Antwerp


Marthy teaches ‘no-nonsense’ down-to-earth vinyasa classes. She focusses on the quality of the breath and on an inclusive and safe practice for all levels with little challenges sprinkled through just to get you out of your comfort zone.


Pilates Teacher - Antwerpen


Laura accidentally found herself teaching classes after being asked to jump in for last minute replacements at the gym she was a member of. 6 years later she is giving various classes, including Pilates & Bootcamp. It’s all about the balance, right!

She is the owner of Three By One Europe, a lifestyle brand on a mission to bring transparency, sustainability & inclusivity to consumer goods, giving people options to enable themselves to make better choices through their purchases & choices. The brand spans fashion, fitness, food & wellness.

She aims to make her classes accessible to all, welcoming all abilities & creating an inclusive environment where everyone can feel at ease, & most importantly enjoy their workout.


Yoga Teacher - Leuven


Angelique tried her first yoga class while recovering from neck and spine injuries caused by a car crash. It turned out to be an eye-opening experience.

Not only did it help to ease her injuries but she discovered something amazing: the manifestation of meditation through movement. During the nearly two decades of working in the corporate world quieting the mind had been somewhat of a challenge. But after the first savasana she was hooked, developing a consistent practice that inspired her to take her first yoga teacher training.

She is passionate about teaching a vigorous breath based vinyasa flow practice with attention for alignment. Her creative yet clear sequencing leads to fun classes where the body awareness can flow with a focus on balancing strength and mobility.

I love the fullness of yoga.

I completed the teacher training with Joachim Meire ( 200h)

and love sharing my passion for yoga in class.

My class is a gentle flow of asana’s, breathing exercises an mindfullness… open for everybody!

There will be clear instructions and different options to guide you through the class.

Yoga Teacher - Antwerp


Ever since she attended her first mysore class in 2014, Sara has been hooked to the traditional ashtanga yoga practice. Moving the body to the sound of the breath in an attempt to still the mind, has been her daily sadhana ever since. Sara strongly believes in the healing power of the Ashtanga yoga method for the body and the mind.

She has practiced under the guidance of certified teachers such as Nuno Vintem, Teune Van der Wildt, Akiko Tsugawa and Paz Muñoz. In 2018 she had the chance to practice with Sharathji Jois in Mysore


In her classes she aims to offer a solid base for students to embark on the ashtanga yoga journey.

Katja has been practicing Yoga since 2008. The dynamic connection between the breath, movement, mindfulness and interoception fascinates he and inspires her classes.

Katja has a functional approach to yoga: the way the poses feel is more important than how they look. Her classes invite everybody: every unique body with its history, funks and quirks, experiences and potential.

My aspiration is to help you create this harmony during yogaclasses,; focussing on alignement in combination with breathing techniques.

Virginie completed her 200h Vinyasa teacher training with Joachim Meire in Ghent. 

She is passionate about mindfulness & meditation in a no-nonsense, practical approach. 

In addition, she also guides people through (professional) transformation as a life coach.

Discovered and fell in love with yoga during my biomedical science studies at the university. Since 2016, I started teaching classes and there is not much that I love doing more! Noticing people enjoying your class and leave fully relaxed and recharged, gives me so much energy. 

Yoga is really for everyone. For every person, yoga means something else. Whether it’s to find rest, to work on your strength/flexibility, to put your thoughts aside for a moment, to forget the rush of the day or just to enjoy the relaxing Savasana.

Cherine was introduced to yoga in 2014 and has been practicing yoga ever since. Originally from Cairo, Egypt she moved to Belgium in 2020. She is a curious mind who loves to travel, learn and discover new things. She’s lived in India for over two years and got to experience and embrace the yoga philosophy firsthand during this time.

She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training on a remote island in Greece. There she got to deepen her knowledge about the yogic lifestyle even further. Strengthening her knowledge about the various aspects of the yoga philosophy and practices.

Apart from yoga, Cherine has experience teaching pole dance and flexibility classes.
