Flex yoga is a slow form of yoga based on the principles of yin yoga. It can be very challenging to hold the postures for 3 to 5 minutes. When you do this regularly, you will learn the art of letting go and make space in your body and your mind. Flex yoga is suitable for anyone who wants a flexible body and it is a perfect crosstraining for more active sports.
